The Dowell Farm homes were all painted by the builder in a Craftsman style. As such, one goal of the HOA is to maintain this look as the community ages. Attached are Sherwin William color pallets to provide guidance on what colors and schemes are acceptable. The Craftsman style can get complicated with up to five different colors on a home, the HOA board can offer guidance and help where needed.
If you are painting your home and not changing the colors or the location of those colors, no ARC Request is required. However, if you are changing the colors or the location of those colors in a way that will change overall look of your home, an ARC Request is required. Please contact us, no one wants to repaint over an incorrect color.
